Why are there price variations?

Well..have you ever heard the expression “no two fingerprints are same”?
It’s just like that for us. Items are purchased from different sellers, at different times and in different conditions.
At restitched we have a standard margin to make on each item in order to provide you our service, and the rest goes to the seller for their item.
Where do you get your stock from?
People!
Just like you, who love designer fashion.
We provide a (reliable and awesome) third-party connection between those that want to sell and those that want to buy. Without all the hassle.
Are the previously worn items cleaned prior to sale?
Yes, absolutely, but not by us.
Any items we buy that have been worn, are required to have been dry-cleaned by the seller. In addition, all items are steam-ironed by us on site prior to sending them out.
Given the secure packaging required to send them to you, we feel dry-cleaning is a waste of additional charges for our customers.
How do I really know the condition of my item?
We try our absolute best to disclose everything about our items.
There is an “Imperfection” section in the details of all items, listing any differences with the item from its original purchase condtion (if any). And within the photos, we include close-ups of any imperfections detailed.
Where do you get the RRP from?
Usually (hopefully), the price tag on the item!
If there is no price tag, we collect RRP information from our sellers and check them against our super-sleuth background sources.
How do we agree on a price for my items?
Once you’ve emailed us with your items, we’ll send you back a price (based on RRP, condition, number of smiley emoticons used in your email etc) and then it’s totally up to you to accept it or not.
The price offered is generated by an algorithm based on a few factors. Our trusty tech team developed it and it's SUPER cool/fast/makes us regret not studying maths.

What is your return policy?
We offer FREE RETURNS!
But please note the boring stuff below:
We have a 7 day return policy, so the garment must be received at our head office within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What are the delivery details?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to dispatch your item from our warehouse.
You should receive your item around 2-4 business days after dispatch, if you have selected standard postage.
You should receive your item around 1-2 business days after dispatch, if you have selected express postage.
You’ll receive a tracking number for your parcel and our contractor will send you tracking emails.
